Offline Player for NimbleStory

The Offline Player is a desktop-ready package for viewing NimbleStory exports without a live server connection.

Download​

Install​

  • [Stub] Unzip or install the Offline Player package on the target machine.
  • [Stub] Confirm the player launches and can access local files.

Configure​

  • [Stub] Open the Offline Player and choose "Load Export".
  • [Stub] Select the exported NimbleStory package (zip or folder).
  • [Stub] Set any local paths needed for assets or linked files.

Use​

  • [Stub] Open the solution from the local export.
  • [Stub] Navigate between views and confirm media loads.
  • [Stub] Re-export content in NimbleStory when updates are needed.

Notes​

  • Offline Player is view-only.
  • Access control and usage metrics are handled locally, not by NimbleStory.
